In its third session, the Emerging Technologies Adoption Readiness Index initiative witnessed the participation of 49 government agencies, which achieved tangible progress in four main areas:
- Research Capacity: 73.47% – Reflects the efficiency of analyzing priorities and managing risks.
- Communication Capacity: 74.63% – Supports cooperation between government agencies and technical experts.
- Proof Capacity: 75.99% – Reflects the ability to develop prototypes and expand their use.
- Integration Capacity: 74.69% – Confirms the alignment of emerging technologies with government strategies.

The report reviewed a number of leading digital projects that contributed to improving government performance, most notably:
- Self-Content Release System for Books: Saved huge amounts of money using artificial intelligence.

The Communications, Space and Technology Commission, the Ministry of Energy, and the Saudi Industrial Cities Authority received a “Distinguished” rating, while the Ministries of Industry, Environment, Culture, Health, Defense, Finance, and Human Resources made significant progress in developing digital services.
